Summer in Frankfurt

You just cannot beat that feeling of a summer day in Frankfurt. A sunny afternoon with naked models by the pool.

The time has come to sum up the summer of 2012 as it played out in the Frankfurter big FKK clubs. I have rated the three most important categories. Hopefully this can serve as a guide for next summer for the indecisive daytime visitor.


Summer 2012 Outdoor Facilities
Oase 100

Even bigger and better than last year.
World 95

Great place to relax.
Sharks 90

When you are outside it is so calm you could never guess you are next to a Hornbach store.
Mainhattan 70

Could be bigger and the industrial area can be noisy on weekdays.
Palace 0

Strictly indoors.


Summer 2012 Grill Food
Oase 100

Grill staffed for several hours and with tasty food.
Mainhattan 80

Good but minus for too much emphasis on pork chops.
World 60

Not enough variety for the returning visitor and the quality is not the best. Free beer though.
Sharks 50

Great if you like your meat burnt.
Palace 0

No grill due to inside location.


Summer 2012 Girls Line-up
Oase 100

Many nice and service minded girls throughout the entire summer.
Mainhattan 75

The smallest in terms of numbers but sufficient. Also good place for MILF-hunters.
Sharks 70

The spring line-up was better. Every time I meet a nice girl she is gone the next visit.
World 55

Young rural girls from southeast Europe are no longer the thrill they used to be.
Palace 0

It can be tough to find serviceminded girls unless you visit once a week, or you can go FKK-ing once a year and you will think Palace is fantastic. Not me.


The score of 100 and 0 for a place means nothing more and nothing less than that the place was the best respectively worst place in the lot. 100 points still gives room for improvement and 0 points could still be worse (in theory).

Overall it seems you prefer Oase, currently I have the impression that many icebears like Sharks more and more when compared with both Oase and World. But OK it is your ranking based on your experience.

Long time ago MM made a club ranking list based on many parameters, will try to find it. Always nice for a fan discussion ;).

Overall it seems you prefer Oase, currently I have the impression that many icebears like Sharks more and more when compared with both Oase and World.I take it you have not visited Sharks yourself. Now, who is the bigger Oase fan? :wink: There are nuances. If I was going on a weekend trip from the Dutch border, I agree I would prefer Sharks over Oase on a Saturday, but that has more to do with the male guests than anything else.

I can agree with MiniME's scoring of Oase, except that the food is better this year. Both the grill food and the non-grill food. Yes, miracles do happen. :wink:

I'm a big Oase fan (admittedly not as Big as I used to be), but giving Oase top marks for anything food related is good for a laugh, but makes it difficult to take anything else you wrote seriously. Nice that you found your cloud7; I wish I could find a club that is great in all aspects.

I think it's also important to remark that the line-up in Oase, World and Mainhattan consists of almost all Rumanian girls. If you are not into that type of girls a visit to these clubs can result very disappointing. In Sharks there is more diversity in the line up although I have to admit that also in Sharks I see an increase in the Rumanian percentage of the line up (like I saw in Oase 3 years ago) and this could take away its positive distinction in comparison with the other Frankfurter clubs in the nearby future.

You are right. I do not choose girls based on nationality. Once I have chosen though, the girl is >80% Romanian. Sometimes I dream myself back in time when there were many other nationalities. C'est la vie.

If you have a base of 100 for each category, you are giving topmarks and scaling all other options down; whether 100 leaves room for improvement or not, but that's neither here nor there. Each to his own preferences, and I'm not going to point out where I disagree (personal opinion and all)... but if you're only talking about outdoors, there is no reason to include Palace in your lists and I wonder how the quality of the talent is related to the outdoors;).

If you read this board it is full of fanboys all hot for their favorite club; I like Oase a lot, but perfect it isn't. And in my opinion it definitely isn't outperforming the other clubs on all the issues you name; which doesn't mean it isn't my favorite out of the five, because it actually is:smoke:.

I like Oase a lot, but perfect it isn't.We can agree on that, but what if there was such a thing as a perfect club? It would be infested with male guests and then it would not be perfect anymore. So it had to be very expensive, preventing at least me from visiting.

That you still go there has to do with the girls, I must assume. And the facilities I rate rather similar, so it must be that you totally disagree about the grill food. Why not share your opinion on where the best Hessen grill is located?

Since you asked. Best grill (haven't had Mainhattan grill yet) is definitely Sharks. Just better meat and more choice. In Oase and World I always feel it's the cheapest meat they could find (unless there is a party) . It's not only the grill though, cleanliness and the battle for a drink are also less than optimal in Oase. I personally don't like the new garden; just a large field of grass, with the places to lounge with your girl being too far away. In the end it is the trashy stressy feel of the place, with all these hunting girls, that I like. Girls are no longer 'better' than in World and Sharks: girls switch between the clubs all the time.

It's not only the grill though, cleanliness and the battle for a drink are also less than optimal in Oase.Cheapest meat in World, totally agree. This year in Oase, I think not any longer. More variety in Sharks yes agree. Mostly I stay away from pork chops so when I had chicken it was remarkably dry and tasteless, and the worst part as I wrote I often got burnt meat. A total bummer for me. Does not matter if the quality is good (is it?) if the grill chef is useless.

Also, battle for food is Sharks is as bad as the battle for drinks in Oase. Chaotic setup when you want potato salad, salad, mustard or other garnish.
